İstikbal Mobilya, giant establishment of Turkish furniture industry, is leader in production of spring bed (single-double, twin bed), home textile products (sleeping set, bed cover, duvet, pillow, baby collection, duvet covers) and home polyester fiber.

It produces sofa, sitting group and base, branded Istikbal and Bellona in Adapazarı facilities starting production in 2007 after completing investments at the end of 2006 besides facilities of İstikbal Mobilya in Kayseri. Istikbal Mobilya, performing special productions for the tourism sector, serves to many hotels, holiday villages and public institutions and establishments in our country.
 
The products branded Istikbal and Bellona, produced in Istikbal Mobilya facilities, are presented to the consumers in 1736 outlets in total comprising 31 main dealers, 766 centrums, 346 showrooms, 290 sample stores, 67 kitchen, 193 sub-dealers, 15 dreamland, 25 home concept and 3 clearance sale stores across Turkey. Working capacity of the employees working in Istikbal Mobilya Kayseri facilities where experienced, skilful and strongly motivated 599 personnel have been employed, commercial reputation, strong financial structure, corporate governance perception of the company, farsightedness of its directors and desire to work with the international companies comprise the biggest factor in realizing the objectives.
 
2008 has been a year in which Istikbal Mobilya realized its targets albeit small diversions. Istikbal Mobilya, which is the biggest bed producer of Turkey among the branded companies, has 40% of the Turkish market in bed production and 15% in home textile production. Istikbal Mobilya has proven once more with the importance it attaches to quality and instituonalization, its customer oriented activities and sensitivity to customer and dealer satisfaction that its success is not a coincidence.
 
Istikbal Mobilya, obtaining “demanded brand” image in the internal market due to its knowledge and experiences in the Turkish markets, has concentrated on its marketing and introduction activities via Boydak Dış Ticaret and realized successful organizations of foreign fair and introduction in this year for achieving the same success in the abroad, as well. Besides, activities of Istikbal Mobilya, member of Turquality support platform, for increasing the foreign market share shall continue by increasing in the year 2009.

Export and import registered sales of Istikbal Mobilya whose net sales realized as TRY 256 million 648 thousand 757 as a result of 2008 activities reached to USD 11 million 366 thousand 318 in its total sales and Corporate Tax paid for the year 2008 reached to TRY 4 million 166 thousand 952.
 
Istikbal Mobilya, always supporting the social institutions of the state, contributed to social responsibility projects to a great extent with its donations and supports in the amount of TRY 748 thousand 854.
 
Istikbal Mobilya, ranking 224th in the 500 industrial company list explained by Istanbul Chamber of Industry, aims at being ranked higher in the list of the first 500 industries to be explained in the year 2009.
