Ispaş was established in 1997 for popularizing and sustaining Istikbal brand and its products with the services in compliance with identity of the Istikbal group. The company, acquiring Bimeks Dış Ticaret Pazarlama A.Ş. through merger on 01/01/2009 and operating in provinces of Kayseri, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Yozgat, Sivas, Tokat, Malatya, Elazığ, Bingöl, Tunceli and Muş, serves with 76 employees and 145 dealers.
 
Ispaş with capital of TRY 19 million 500 thousand acts for increasing its market share in the region subject to it, embarking on enterprises which shall contribute to sales service, providing the necessary coordination for performance of before and after sales service organizations, helping the new dealer enterprises which intend to participate in Istikbal, Bellona and Mondi in its region.
Ispaş AŞ. serves with shelved warehouse application in a closed area of 25.000 m2 to the brands of Istikbal, Bellona and Mondi in its region.
